New branding, usage meters, and collaborator improvements

Plot Along 2.0.4 brings a refreshed brand identity, better visibility into your plan usage, and improvements across the map editor and collaboration features.

New Branding

The app has a new visual identity with a custom color palette designed to complement the marketing site. Every screen has been updated with the new colors, from the map editor to account settings to email notifications.

Usage Meters

Usage meters now appear unobtrusively throughout the app so you always know where you stand against your plan limits. The map editor sidebar shows waypoint and route distance meters when you approach your quota. The dashboard displays your route count, and the account page shows a full breakdown of all usage categories.

Collaborator Improvements

Maps you collaborate on now appear on your dashboard with the owner’s name shown on the card. The Share modal has been reorganized: visibility controls moved to the Link tab, invite management moved to the Collaborators tab, and role badges are color-coded by permission level. The collaborator list updates in real time via WebSocket events.
