Social share buttons to post your route directly to Bluesky and Facebook

2.5.27 adds share buttons for Bluesky, Facebook and email to the share panel. It also fixes old maps that could come back missing their route line.

Share to Bluesky, Facebook and email

  • Bluesky, Facebook and email. The Link tab of the share panel now has three full-width buttons above the link field and the QR code.
  • Email opens a draft in your mail app. The new message has the map’s name as the subject and the link in the body, with the words left for you to write.
  • Redesigned sharing UI. The social buttons, the link field and the QR code now sit together in one full-width column on any map, with a prompt to publish first if the route is still private.

Recalculated Route Lines for Old Maps

  • The missing line is back. Open a map that’s been sitting untouched for ages and the route line is recalculated and redrawn on the spot.
  • Nothing for you to do. The route line is recalculated when you open a map that’s missing it and recalculated again on a later visit if it’s missing again.
